Q:Can I get my website up and running instantly like I can with some companies?
GospelLabs is a company with a strong driven purpose and it is not to make a quick buck. We have been blessed with great talent to do exactly what we do. We feel it is our purpose, why we were put here in the first place. We want to drive visitors to your church (not just your church site). We want those visitors to establish a relationship with our Lord. We do not take this likely, so we put great effort and detail into what we do. An instant site cannot and will not drive traffic through your front doors.
Q:Can I design my own website and use your CMS?
Not at this moment. We are not a design only firm and put a lot more into the website than just the design. Our purpose is to growing the Kingdom of God and we take that seriously. We do not feel comfortable just giving access to the CMS without having the whole package. In the future we plan on licensing our CMS to select design firms.
Q:What is the difference between a Pre-Made Design, Semi-Custom Design and a Full Custom Design?
The pre-made designs (iPresence Starter package) are sold as-is. They are reused over and over for clients on limited budgets. We do this so that church plants and small churches can have the same opportunity that larger churches have. The semi-custom designs (iPresence Plus package) allows you to select a pre-made design to customize the color scheme and texture of the look. This give your site a somewhat custom look to match your churches brand. The full custom designs (iPresence Complete package) is a fully customized made from scratch design solution. This packages includes an in-person consultation and a design that is tailored just for your church's look.

Technical Questions

Q:Do you do Flash websites?
No. In fact, we try to keep flash off our websites we design as much as possible. Sure flash is cool but it also comes with some very big negatives that we can't ignore.
  1. It does not get indexed easily or properly with the search engines.
  2. It is not supported by mobile devices that view the websites in regular browser mode. The iPhone is a perfect example.
  3. It is not easily maintained by a CMS backend
Our vision and purpose is to drive more people to the kingdom, and we feel using flash for web design will give us a great disadvantage. Bottom line, we want you to be more successful.
Q:Can I install the iPresence CMS on our own server?
No. Our CMS is proprietary and maintained by us. This allows us to offer the best service and pricing to you. We also are constantly improving the features of our CMS and can offer those improvements hassle free to you without any additional costs or frustration. With solutions that you install, you will have to take on the task of making sure it is constantly updated.
Q:Is your system Joomla or Wordpress with your logo and name on it?
No way! Our CMS system was build from the ground up specifically for churches and ministries. It was programmed in house by our programming staff and is supported and maintained by us. Our proprietary system is secure and constantly maintained. With Wordpress and Joomla you would have to be constantly on the watch for hackers and malicious code. We care too much about the Church to put their site on Wordpress or Joomla.
Q:How easy is it to update your websites?
Extremely easy. We made sure pretty much anyone can use it. If you can use Microsoft Word, then you manage your site on the iPresence CMS. We even make it easy to manage your Facebook page and Twitter page by putting the ability to edit and post to those accounts all from the iPresence backend. You won't find that anywhere else!

Pricing Questions

Q:Do you offer any type of refund?
Well we hope you should never have to ask for one but if it was ever needed, then the answer is yes. We will refund any unused licensing costs. If the design of your site is not done, we will refund 1/2 of the project costs if full payment has been made. We do not offer refunds after a project is complete. We are sorry, but those costs go to pay our wonderful and talented staff and cover some costs for search engine placement. Keep in mind, we do all that we can to meet your expectations and produce a design that will be just what you were hoping for.
Q:Are there any other costs or hidden fees?
Absolutely not! What you see is what you get. On the pricing page, you will see all costs for all the packages. With the setup fee, you get a website design (template, semi-custom, full custom), customized facebook page, customized twitter page, mobile site, the easy to use CMS system to administrate your site, and basic search engine placement! You also have a simple monthly license and support fee of only $50. This covers maintenance, upgrades, phone and email support, and license to use our proprietary CMS.
Q:What does your monthly hosting fee include?
The monthly fee of $50 includes a license for one domain to use our proprietary CMS system, maintenance, phone and email support, 100 gigs of disk space, and 100 gigs of bandwidth.
Q:Why should I pay for your service when I can install Wordpress or Joomla for free?
The iPresence CMS [Content Management System] has been designed from the ground up specifically to meet the needs of the Church. It is our own propitiatory code, so if it breaks we fix it. That also means you will never have to worry about upgrades or maintenance yourself. Plus, we are constantly working to improve our CMS by adding new features, all to help your church grow.
Q:Why is your monthly system access $50 per month when I can get "unlimited" hosting elsewhere for less?
Our monthly charge is a subscription fee that covers your license to use our CMS, maintenance, full support, and your images and files hosted on our lightning fast cloud hosting. You have up to 100 Gigs of storage space and 100 Gigs of bandwidth. That will host and allow plenty of sermon audio and video!
Q:How do your prices compare to other church packages?
This is where GospelLabs shines. We have done everything we can to give the best price for a web "presence" that a Church could have. Our competitors charge around what we do for only the design. That's without custom facebook pages, mobile sites, and search engine placement. All things we have included standard with every package.
